Each item is regally packaged and shipped. Expedited delivery is not available.
Please allow 24-48 business hours for processing (Monday- Friday). Deliveries are handled by USPS. Once items are shipped , you will receive confirmation and tracking number via email.
*TallHeiress is not responsible for any missing/stolen packages once delivered.
Returns/Exchange policy
There is a 7 day Refund/Exchange policy from date of delivery. Exchanges are accepted for a bigger or smaller size (one exchange permitted).
To be eligible for a Refund/Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Shipping costs associated with initial returns/exchanges are covered.
To start an exchange, contact us at info@shopstyleheiress.com. If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll contact you with further instructions ( how and where to send item). Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on sale items or gift cards.
